Shock X provides a streaming media service delivered over the internet. A stable connection of at least 15 Mbps is recommended. We do not supply hardware.

Terms of service
Please read these terms before subscribing to Shock X.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are prepaid for the duration you select and there are no long-term contracts. Access ends when the paid period expires unless you renew.
Connections
Your plan allows the number of simultaneous connections you purchased. Sharing credentials beyond that limit may cause playback issues and can result in suspension.
Free trials
Trials are limited to 24 hours, one per household, and are provided so you can test compatibility. Trials may be declined or ended at our discretion.
Refunds
Because trials are available before purchase, payments are generally non-refundable. If a technical issue cannot be resolved, contact support and we'll review your case.
Acceptable use
You agree not to resell, redistribute, record or rebroadcast the service, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Availability
We aim for continuous uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream outages and network conditions may affect playback.
